MODERNIZATION OF THE VALMAS O.E. CHEESE DAIRY

IN PALAIOCHORA, CHALKIDIKI

VALMAS O.E. is implementing an investment project co-financed by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, within the framework of the Priority Axis “Modernization and improvement of the resilience of main sectors of the economy” and the Action “Economic transformation of the agricultural sector”, Sub-project “Modernization of the Primary Sector”.

The investment project aims at the modernization of production infrastructure and mechanical equipment, the adoption of modern technologies and innovative practices, the improvement of productivity and quality of the produced products, as well as the strengthening of the competitiveness and environmental sustainability of the company,

The investment concerns:

a) the supply and installation of modern mechanical production equipment, and

b) the supply and installation of a photovoltaic system for energy production

The investment is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, with the funding of the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
